Terms of Service/Use

Any models made by Sheppy Development are not to be unlocked.
Any models made by Sheppy Development are not to be ripped.
Any models made by Sheppy Development are not to be altered in any way other than liveries.
Any models made by Sheppy Development are not to be resold or gain profits from by redistributing the vehicle.
If use of the vehicle will be in a community server, a link to such discord will be required when purchasing.
If said person is removed or leaves said community, all rights to use of the Sheppy Development vehicle is voided.
Sheppy Development is not responsible for any damage done to your PC.
Failure to abide by any and all bullets points will result in a ban from this discord and possibly others.
Chargebacks WILL result in a ban from this discord, you will lose all rights to the vehicle bought, and banned from OTHER Development discords.
Sending payment any other way other than Friends and Family will result in a refund, and a chance to send as friends and family. If you refuse to send as friends and family, the item you are attempting to purchase will not be sent and/or if the item is already sent, all rights will be removed aswell as a ban will be issued.
Being in possession of any leaked/ripped models will result in a ban from Sheppy Development and all purchased items permissions will be voided.

Payment Methods
All accepted payment methods are PayPal. If you decide to use Stripe, there will be a fee depending on the total of your order. When paying, you are to pay the full price of said vehicle EXCLUDING taxes and fees. Fees are to be paid by the customer out of their own pocket. All vehicles come in a locked format. Failure to follow any of the above will not result in a refund! Read the TOS!! (Refunds may be issued on a case by case basis.)
